Broadsheet is an exhibition that brings together a new body of large scale paintings by artist Zoe Spowage. Come along and discover comical scenes of women, dogs and jarring landscapes. Using charcoal, pastel and bold brush strokes the artworks spin a web of intrigue, peeking through a window into a strange world of painterly textures. This playful exhibition celebrates things from our everyday lives turned on their head with Zoe’s unique sense of vibrancy and fun.

Zoe Spowage is an artist from Nottingham, where she trained as a scenic painter for theatre. She attended Falmouth university and got a degree in Fine Arts. Now living and working in Leeds she has a studio at Assembly House.
